Privacy policy
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Mikołaj Jesion, running the sole proprietorship NeuraVec Mikołaj Jesion. For anything related to your data, write to privacy@neuravec.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, work email, company, role (if you give it) and your message. To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Why and on what legal basis
- To reply to your message and take steps before a possible contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To run business correspondence, which is my legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse, which is also my legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Giving your details is voluntary, but without them I cannot reply. I do not use them for marketing and I do not make automated decisions about you.
Who else processes the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, runs the spam check (Turnstile) and forwards email.
- Google provides the mailbox where messages arrive (Gmail).
Both companies may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long I keep it
I keep your message for 12 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, I keep the correspondence for as long as the law requires for that contract.
Your rights
You can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of the data you gave me. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@neuravec.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
